Which version applies to you
The session is always the same shape: preparation, 45 minutes online, and a written document. What it is built around depends on the application in front of you, and this is named when the session is booked. The country is not fixed. Work covers the UK and Ireland most often, and other destinations where the route makes sense for the student.

What it is
Three stages of work around one 45-minute online session. The call is the middle of the work, not the whole of it.

What the written document covers
- My assessment of where the application stands, and the case in one sentence
- The return plan settled, where the scholarship requires one, or the entry year settled where the question is admissions
- Programme choices worked through as a set
- Which essay or statement carries the weight in your case, and which are supporting pieces
- An outline for every essay or statement required, so nothing is invented later under time pressure
- A dated schedule from the session to submission
What it is not
- A review of every funding route open to you. The session is built around the one scholarship or application named when it is booked
- Advice on a PhD or research-degree pathway, unless that is the application named. Research funding is a separate piece of work with its own process
- Draft reading, essay feedback, or revision rounds
- Follow-up questions, email or message support, or further consultation after the document is delivered
- Writing any part of the application on your behalf
When it ends
The engagement ends for both of us when the written document is delivered. You are then free to prepare and submit the application independently, with no further obligation and no further fee.
If you later decide you would like support with the essays or the wider application, that is a new engagement. The session fee is credited in full against any package taken within the same application cycle.
Timing
- Payment is made before the session is scheduled, and times are sent once payment is received
- Documents and questionnaire are due at least two working days before the session
- One reschedule is possible with 24 hours notice. A missed session without notice is not rescheduled
- The written document is sent within three working days of the session

- Scholarships and admissions are competitive. I assess and plan. No outcome is guaranteed and none is implied
- The fee is for the work described here and is not refundable once the pre-session review has begun
