She studied industrial engineering in Türkiye, interned in Ireland, and completed a master's in aerospace engineering at Queen Mary University of London. She holds a PhD in aerospace engineering from the same university, on the optimal guidance and control of autonomous electric aircraft.
At Pulsar Fusion she works across advanced space propulsion, Hall Effect Thrusters, fusion technology, testing, strategic partnerships and international business development.
She is a published aerospace researcher and has presented at conferences including AIAA Aviation and DASC. She is a TEDx speaker, and taught at Queen Mary as a teaching assistant in aerospace structures, engineering design and optimisation, and computational engineering and simulation.
On her YouTube channel she shares her own experience of studying abroad, scholarships, language tests and careers.
