What it is
A Strategy Session is one paid engagement covering one scholarship or one application. It runs in three parts, and the call is the middle of the work rather than the whole of it.

What the document contains
- An assessment of where you stand, and your case stated in a single sentence
- A return plan, where the scholarship requires one
- Programme choices as a set rather than a list, with the reasoning
- Which essay carries the most weight, and why
- An outline for each essay
- A dated calendar working backwards from the deadline
What it is not
- A review of every funding route available to you
- PhD or research route advisory, which is separate work
- Reading or giving feedback on drafts
- Questions, emails or consultation after the document is delivered
- Writing the application
When it ends
The engagement ends for both of us when the document is delivered. You are free to apply independently from that point and there is no further fee.
If you want continued involvement, that is a new engagement. The Strategy Session fee is credited against a full package taken within the same application cycle.

Two things to know
No outcome is guaranteed. Selection decisions rest with the scholarship body or the institution, and no adviser can influence them.
Once the pre-session review has begun, the fee is not refundable. That review is the work, and it happens before we speak.
